Article Twenty One Restaurant — Restaurant in New Delhi

This time it was pathetic experience, i was in restaurant with my NRI guests at 9:30PM and even after the vacate table and no reserved tag, two tables were joined and only two people were sitting at corner drinking soup. When asked about vacate the from bald waiter he informed that its reserved and i waited. After 5 minutes group of 4 girls entered and they sat on that vacate table without even asking and immediately it was detached which clearly indicates it was not reserved but bald waiter does not want to serve as its 9:30 and he does it wanted any new guests. And he also told me that its already 9:30 all tables will run till 10:30, and 10:30 is the time to close which mean he indirectly wants to say that you may go somewhere else.As i am the frequent visitor of this restaurant i know within 15min the table will get vacate and that even happened and we got seat. Unfortunately that bald waiter was there at our service who started taking order at 10PM with a remark, i am informing you that kitchen closes at 10:30 give order in one go SUCH A UNPLESANT ATTITUDE AND EMBARRASSMENT FOR ME IN FRONT OF MY GUEST. And after serving i places some order of oreo shakes, he took it with a remak APKO BATANE P BHI SAMAJH NAHI AAYA KINPLACE ORDRR IN ONE GO KITCHEN BAND HO GAYA HAI but then he took order and delivered.SO NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR GUEST TO THIS PLACE AS IT SEEMS THAT THE RESTAURANT RUNS WITHOUT OWNER AND MANAGER DUE TO WHICH WAITERS TRY THERE BEST TO NOT TO SERVE CUSTOMERS WITH HOSPITALITY. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND THEY ASK FOR SERVICES CHARGES AT LAST NEVER EVER PAY IT AS U WILL NOT GET THE...

It is around government offices, so many of the officials go there for lunch or snacks. I been there today, after reading the reviews here. But it's the worst experience. Ordered at 1:25 pm, the waiter asked it will take 15 minutes, but wait, it is not ending here, after 25 minutes getting over, we asked them, where is our order, no response, just 'Its coming'. But wait.. after 40 minutes, we again asked, and the same answer, 'Its coming'. Actually it came, after more 7 minutes but half of our order. Rest of two items in two equal installments. What? When said this to a waiter he said "there is another hotel as well, we have short staff". To bhaiya order mt lo na.. or close this. After a moment the manager came apologizing. But what is the point, a lot of time wasted for their 'its coming'. We had the regular dal roti chawal sabzi order, nothing fancy that it could take a lot of time. They actually served lot of ppl who came later, they ordered, been served and they left as well but we were sitting with empty table, no no actually they kept plates on table.. what generous they are. A lady sitting there who was with a senior officer, I guess, because of badge he was wearing, she came later and ordered and served, one thing he demanded and three ppl rushed with the bowl. How pretty one could think the service is. The discrimination.

The Constitutional Club is a nice spot to hang out and dine. Their restaurant, article twenty one, has an excellent menu with a wide range of dishes to pick from. I've gone there several times and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and the staff is also very cooperative. There are gardens and fountains outside the restaurant where one can take pictures. We've always ordered their soya chaap for starters. Other good options are khoya kabab and paneer tikka. In the main course, try any kind paneer sabzi from the extensive choice of paneer meals, and my personal favorite is palak corn. We also tried a nutella shake and a watermelon mojito, which were both delicious. There is a variety for non-veg dishes too, and we are yet to try the Italian and Chinese course.
