PTI canteen is located on ground floor of iconic PTI building at Parliament Street and serves mainly to staff of offices which are situated at PTI building. Though, famous food writer Rahul verma reviewed it for The Hindu newspaper and gave it a thumb up but that was more due to his affection to PTI and less to food. Let me give you a honest review as well as few points -
Don't confuse it with PTI kachori shop which is situated at front gate outside the PTI building. Canteen is situated at ground floor inside the building.
It is being managed a demotivated vender and despite much touted 'renovation', food quality is pathetic and overall environment is unhygienic.
Most of the items of food menu will not be there. You will always find Daal, Rice, Tandoori roti and pakora.
Sometimes, they serve remaining dishes if morning in evening.
It is a noisy place and you can't have good discussion...
