Bergamo Delhi — Restaurant in New Delhi

We wanted to have a quick meal at this outlet on 15th Aug just to try out this new place as I was visiting delhi and staying at Vasant Kunj. One of our friends approached the counter and was told that we have to first make a reservation only by phone. My friend insisted we are physically here, why dont you take a reservation now as it didnt seem busy at all due to hardly any cars and literally no other customer waiting. But I guess either they are too digital or simply dont have the experience/capacity to just ask the operations team for a table while standing at the restaurant. Anyway, the number given was either not connecting or went unanswered the entire evening. I even left a message on their instagram handle and it also shows they saw the message *(seen) considering they have all the time to post insta stories and promotional posts, but no reply came.

I would recommend to AVOID this place for now as maybe its a new establishment hence they need to work on their operations and reservation system to...

Was having a great night at Bergamo before their manager at the bar decided to be extremely vulgar and inappropriate with one of our friends. The crass and sexually inappropriate comments made to her were so shocking to us. Coming from Bombay, we were just looking for a night to enjoy and have a good time. This incident really shook her up and we decided to leave right away. It’s honestly shocking how we had this experience at one of the most recommended nightclubs in Delhi. The music was okay and the ambience of the bar was passable. I am surprised why this place has been rated so high when all they have to offer is a pretentious luxury bar with senseless policies. The staff on the entry gate is disrespectful and unfriendly. They allow the women with short clothes and open footwear while for men they don't allow shorts and open footwear.
