Cafe Sandoz - South Campus — Restaurant in New Delhi

Café Sandoz has been a preferred choice for quite some time, and this time was no different. I visited the café for dinner with a friend, eager to indulge in some flavorful delights. As we stepped in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly set the mood for a relaxing meal. The cozy lighting and comfortable seating made the atmosphere feel soothing, creating the perfect space to unwind after a long day.

The staff at Café Sandoz truly added to the experience. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel well taken care of, which is always a plus when dining out.

For our meal, we ordered garlic noodles and mushroom tikka, two dishes that turned out to be excellent choices. The garlic noodles were packed with flavor, with the perfect balance of garlicky aroma and a slight hint of spice. The texture was just right—neither too dry nor too greasy. The mushroom tikka, on the other hand, was a delightful surprise. The mushrooms were well-marinated, grilled to perfection, and had a smoky, slightly charred flavor that made them even more delicious. The accompanying chutney enhanced the taste, making each bite even more enjoyable.

We went on sunday evening at around 12 after completing our day for dinner we were 3 people we seated outside and firstly we order takeaway food because they are about to close meanwhile we request to serve dilip for Normal water i am shocked they directly Didnied for normal water and he bring botttel water i request to server please bring normal water he said we are selling this on MRP drink this only You cannot force anybody to drink bottle water the behavior was very unprofessional even the manager Mr saroj don't know the real name standing next to us only but he didn't approach us even after knowing the whole incident we request for 3 times for water

We really feel shame on overself it was really Amberasing people are looking on us. We also belong to hospitality industry and this is not my first time in your cafe day before yesterday also we came for takeaway We thought we'll enjoy our dinner in sandoz but after the water incident we just took our takeaway stuff and we left Your staff and manager judge people by their looks

If the management is reading this plzz look in this you need to trained your staff and manager about hospitality meaning of hospitality and i think you need to hire some...

This is the worst place to go. I am a big Sandoz fan. Love to go CP and Lajpat Nagar and also cafés. But this place is worst. Low quality products are used and service is worst. The servers have worst attitude and truly worst ever service I have ever got. Do not go if you love your money and even love your dignity. I literally screamed ‘Chor’ because my father who never gets angry was also angry because of the worst kind of paneer and roti given to us. And then they said yes it’s their fault, but post cleanup said what’s wrong, nothing is wrong. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the things we didn’t even touch and they took back saying yes it’s wrong....
