Madira Cafe — Restaurant in New Delhi

South campus has come up with sooo many outlets that it has become exceedingly difficult to choose. So as i have tried the "gems", i thought of going for a new outlet. The place has 2 floors and had IPL screening with hukka and beers. We ordered honey chilli potato which were amazing and that green chutney was just mind blowing. Later ordered a paneer tikka pizza which was a disaster, tasteless and bland, we requested to change it and get a pasta instead. Pasta too was equally bad, we had to leave after that. The service was fine but the food was miserable.

We went to this cafe yesterday, they were giving the vibe, the food was also ok, but the service was really worst. When I asked for water, they only gave me a bottle. When I asked for a glass, they brought it after 10 minutes, even though the cafe was not crowded. The limit was reached when they came with only a fork, even for the fried rice, and when I asked them to give me a normal spoon, I ate the food, I paid the bill but their spoon did not come. So I am not satisfied at all by their customer service. You should manage your customer on the next level ...

I recently went to this place at Satya niketan, it is among the very few cafes which serve alcohol in that area. The cafe is good, it has bar, dance floor, screen playing matches, and cosy sitting area. The service is also good. We ordered a number of food items.
