chai 24/7 — Restaurant in New Delhi

Last Saturday I visited the cafe along with my family and it was not our first time as we have visited the place a few times already. We had a really bad experience this time as after ordering tea and snacks along with it, we were served the tea but even after 20 minutes or so, and repeated reminders, the snacks were not served and hence we decided on cancelling the order for the food but the owner became very aggressive due to this and started charging at my husband who is an aged man. At the same time another customer came up and he too had the same complaint. All of a sudden the owner became so aggressive that he dragged the other man out of the cafe and threatened him that why he was supporting us, and misbehaved with him and abused him. This is a cafe run by goons and is not family friendly at all. Only people who knows how to deal with such goons should visit.

P.S. The store was out of commission for some time and there was a wine shop running in its place. A wine shop suits goons like them as running a cafe is not...

Undoubtedly an amazing cafe with - 1) Luscious Food & Beverages 2) of Best Quality 3) pocket friendly prices 4) A1Service 5) Versatile menu 6) cozy ambience . Also not to forget Chai 24/7 USP “Chai” , they indeed do justice to Chai’s authentic taste . The other chai outlets are just giving pathetic watery drink in the name of chai . To anyone reading this review i would urge you to make a visit here and experience the same happy customer satisfaction feeling what i have experienced everytime when i have visited this cafe.
