Food was great, but what stood out the most was their exceptional service. Shalini, the staff serving us, went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother and I were very well looked after.

We did not have sufficient time to eat at the food court, so I asked for the paranthas to be packed. But I miscalculated the prep time (entirely my fault). My grandma was in a wheelchair, so I needed more time than usual to get to the gate. I told Shalini that I'm sorry for abandoning the order, but I really needed to go.

We picked up our bags and made our way down via the elevator. To our surprise, when the elevator doors opened on the floor below, Shalini was standing there with our packed food in her hand 🙂 She had rushed the preparation, ran across the entire food court, and ran down the stairs just to catch us! I have seen many service staff go above and beyond, but have never seen anyone like Shalini, who did it selflessly and with such empathy for her customers.

Thank you Shalini, you truly made our day! My grandma and I enjoyed the delicious paranthas in our flight. Keep doing what you're doing, keep going above and beyond in whatever you decide to do in life.
