Delhi 6 Royal Cuisine of the walled city — Restaurant in New Delhi

Aroma filled goodie bag reached us bang on time. Well packed, no spillage and clearly explained instructions on heating the dishes are always a happy factor. Spoke to Mr. Shibli, who recommended our dinner dishes as per our pallet. Each dish had a distinct flavor, pieces of both chicken and mutton were fleshy, fresh and juicy. Breads were relished with food and tea as well. Chicken Korma - Velvetty gravy, aroma infused with mild spices. Well complimented with Khameeri and Bhakharkhani. 5/5 Mutton Nihari - Just the stew that appetizes us to keep at it till fingers are polished off nice and proper. Divine. Juicy chunky pieces 5/5 Mutton Biryani - Was a bit disappointed with the lack of flavor in each grain. Nevertheless will be reordering to eat just biryani. 3/5 Mutton seekh kebabs- Had requested 1kg which was to be frozen for consumption later. Soft, succulent and light. 5/5 Khameeri and Bakkharkhani - 5/5 Fresh off the oven. Soft/ shelf life of more than 2 days. We enjoy Bhakrrkhaninwith tea as well. So always order more. None of the dishes got to see next...
