McDonald's — Restaurant in New Delhi

Waited 20 mins for my burger. Compared to other customers I was very patient but due to me not being ‘rude or grabbing their attention’ like other customers, the manager did not even notice I was waiting for long or check up. Once attention was brought after 13 minutes wait, the crew member said it will come in 5 mins. Another 7 mins passed and I watched the manager, not even prioritising my order even after seeing I have waited longer than everyone else there. Honestly a long wait I am fine with but not if they are not even trying to push out the orders first in first out and ignoring customers. Shout out to crew member wearing badge name ‘Vishal Chuhan’ he stepped in and got the managers attention to take action on finding where my order is and apologising to me. So embarrassing for the manager that this crew is doing his job! Vishal Chuhan deserves a promotion 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I ordered - filet o fish - 6 nuggets with bbq sauce, veggie burger with cheese and chipotle fries.

I generally do not have a bad experience at McDonald's, but I think this chain is changing for the worse! For instance, they have already started cutting down on the size of burgers, specially the McSpicy Chicken/Paneer burger has come to half a size of what it used to be! The ketchup packets have more air and less ketchup now.

The most baffling, unprofessional and unbelievable part at this outlet was this - I bought a Butter chicken burger and asked them to make a small meal. The lady at the counter said "We do not have small meal available". I was forced to go for a medium meal, even though when I could clearly see they had small fries pouches and small cold drink glasses sitting right in front of me. While the billing was underway, the store manager came around and this lady tells him "He was asking for a small meal sir, I said its not available". I had 8 AM flight to catch with Indigo, I thought better I should spend my money on breakfast at MC Donalds rather than eating airline food. Ordered a fish filet meal (large), fries were decent, converted drink to a watermelon punch and to my surprise it had guava flavour with lot of sugar, finally comes the burger, filet fish is supposed to have a good amount of sauce, full slice of cheese plus the patty should be fresh and juicy and not to forget the bun which is different from chicken burgers, however a regular bun was used instead of the one used for filet fish burger, full cheese slice was cut into half and the sauce was for namesake. I had no other option but to eat as by the time I opened the burger I was at my boarding gate. At least the quality of food should be in line with regular mc’d serving on any street outlet.
