Caara: A New Culinary Favorite
I recently dined at Sangeet Shyamala by Caara in Vasant Kunj and was absolutely blown away. Every dish we tried was exceptional, making it a truly memorable experience.
The Caara spice herb and parmesan fries were surprisingly too good I never thought fries could taste this delicious!
The Orecchiette with Caara basil pesto was a delightful after the fries.
But the highlight for me was undoubtedly the Caara pesto Alla Genoves Rigatoni with Black Pearl garlic.
Honestly, it's the best pesto rigatoni I've ever tasted.
The Burrata & Basil pesto with toasted pine nuts was pure heaven. I've been a long-time fan of Evoo, but Caara has quickly become a serious contender for my favorite restaurant.
For dessert, we indulged in the Hazelnut chocolate tart (gluten-free) and the Belgian dark chocolate & dates almonds cake (sugar-free and gluten-free). Both were incredible. I was initially skeptical about the sugar-free cake as it used dates to sweeten it, but it was absolutely delicious.
Caara is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and impeccable service. I can't wait to return and explore more...
Read moreSangeet Shyamala Cafeteria by CAARA is a peaceful hideaway that feels far removed from the busy city. Surrounded by greenery, the café has a calming vibe that works perfectly if you want a slow meal or a quiet cup of coffee. The menu is thoughtfully put together, with a mix of healthy salads, sandwiches, and baked items that feel fresh and light. The ingredients stand out for their quality, and it is clear that the food is made with care.
The service is warm and attentive without being intrusive. While the selection is not as extensive as some bigger cafés, what they offer is well executed and consistent. Prices are on the higher side, but the calm setting and quality of food make it feel worthwhile. This is a place you visit more for the experience and the atmosphere rather than...

I only dropped by for a coffee. The food menu is very extensive and covering Vegan, Gluten free options. There are lots of Non Veg foods too. No Alcohol is served. The café is on the expensive side and a cappuccino is about 300/-...
