First when I ask for 4-5 items from there menu. They were not available lastly I ordered a veggie pizza when it came the cheese was smelling bad as if they were using months old cheese with stale veggies when I asked the server they took back the pizza I asked for the bill for the remaining items when the bill came the prices of the were harshly over priced and there was no compensation for the inconvenience and despite Government regulation to keep regular water in any restaurant they haven't kept it and were charging heavily on the bottled water also when I asked the server for compensation for the inconvenience she was really rude and said we can waive off the pizza Bill(Which I didn't even ate as it was inedible) or at Max they can waive off the service charge(Which for this kind of service should not be charged). I regularly visit this place before but now there service is ruined. It's not about the money but about the customer experience. Which is WORST I want you to write a review about this experience as I want to post it on there page keep it in 30- 40 words max Disappointed regular here. Utterly disgusted by recent visit to [Restaurant Name]! Repeated menu misses: Ordered 4-5 items, none available! Settled for veggie pizza, only to be met with stale cheese & smelly veggies. Bill shock: Overpriced food & bottled water, despite mandatory regular water rule. The two stars are only for the decor, which was amazing, no doubt. The music choice was good, but the food was extravagantly priced, which is fine, if it actually stood up to that level. Ordered a corn pizza, chicken alfredo pasta, mojito, blue lagoon and fries. Apart from the fries, nothing was worth it. Not exaggerating here. The chicken alfredo pasta was bland, and we packed up the whole thing and distributed it to some people outside. The pizza was highly disappointing. A mojito is supposed to be refreshing, but it tasted like sugary water. Same for the blue lagoon. Not worth the aesthetics. Sure, the pink vibe is nice, the ambience is good, and so is the staff, but the food ugh. And the hygiene? Don't even get me started. There were flies roaming all around, ants on the table, scrambling to get onto our birthday cake. We were eating with one hand and swatting flies with the other. :) Not a great...
