Chose Starbucks over the lounge facility but was shocked and highly disappointed for the first time. No issues about the staff and service, both are good and the 2 stars are only for that. I was with my Mom waiting to board flight, ordered their Veg empanada, Peri peri paneer croissant and tiramisu (was so happy to see it available there after months) but highly disappointed. All the food items were not worth the money, taste was not good and in fact the tiramisu pastry tasted stale/like was of a day before not fresh, i had actually told them to keep aside the only remaining piece of it to take with me n enjoy later, but first bite n decided not to. So I pay 400 rupees for a bitter coffee with some strange milk like product and bad service and I can’t even drink...

It’s a place where you’d expect them to maintain consistent quality, but it seems like they don’t care about...
