Subway Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj — Restaurant in New Delhi

I went to the mall on 17th March'17 in the evening around 7-9pm. My wife ordered something and then sometime later i went back to the same store in the food court with another order. This time around I showed him the feedback voucher which I received for the earlier order. That guy insisted that since the billing is already done he cannot provide the complementary cookie.

The name of the restaurant manager is Kashyap and the name of the person serving me is Kamal Singh.

We argued and eventually I paid 185 Rs. and left the food for him to enjoy. Both the gentlemen didn't even have the courtesy to call out.

And chicken seekh sub was not available which I wanted.

I think subway should quit its promotion of giving free cookie for feedback. Because most of the stores do not want to honour this promotion. I have had arguments with several stores, the most recent ones being at food court at ambience mall vasant kunj delhi and at the food court at huda city centre metro...

Recently was at the mall with a friend and decided to have a sub. First of all, the management really need to have a look at this place. The staff did not bother to tell me about the Jumbo combo and the subs it included even after I precisely said I wanted it. After I had gotten the sub made, by the manager himself it is only when he sais and I quote "madam aapka koi bhi sub jumbo combo ka nhi h, combo nhi hoga" This sort of trickery is really cheap. Second, The veg shammi sub was a disgrace to sandwiches. The bread overtoasted, the shammi tikki itself was smelling and had a foul taste and the guy didnt even bother to put the sauce evenly. I love subway bit this branch... Wastage I got disappointed with this branch twice.... earlier I ordered saladd they said lettuce is not available...we pay fr full but items not available.
