Just a little “reality bites” moment to share — after my son excitedly pointed (and named, quite clearly!) the rainbow pop doughnut he wanted, the service person still packed the wrong one. I didn’t realize until we got home… and now, let’s just say, there’s a mini doughnut war happening in my living room. 😅

It may sound silly, but to a kid, the right doughnut means everything! Also noticed there wasn’t a bill in the box. Would really appreciate a bit more attention at the counter next time — especially when the little ones are placing their very serious...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dunkin. I placed an order for donuts to surprise my parents through zomato but I find out that the order was cancelled without any notification or explanation. This lack of communication is unacceptable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expected better service from a brand like Dunkin. Unbelievable and completely horrible experience. Got a caramel and bavarian eclair from this outlet today in the afternoon and it turned out to be completely stale. It was so hard like you are eating rock especially the chocolate topping was completely stale and in pathetic condition. Did not expect dunkin to sell a stale eclair in their outlet that too for 114 rupees. Do not go to this...
