As an expat myself, this restaurant was highly recommended by my Taiwanese friends. so I went and checked it out. I've been there twice so far. My review is as follows:
Beverages: boba pearls are really not enough. Flavoured drinks are a hit or miss. Mostly made by flavoured powders. Price tags are on the higher end. Personally I wouldn't recommend the beverages (therefore deduct one star)
Food: Korean friend chicken is a MUST-TRY! Taiwanese street style friend chicken- it's okay. Price is too high. Teriyaki chicken rice- good home-y style. Hot spicy chicken rice- fiery hot 🥵 but very tasty if you like korean sweet chili taste.
Bakery: generally all the prices are on the higher side. I've bought and tried almost All the items except the ones in the glass fridge. Overall the quality is decent; taste is average but fresh.
Service: depending on who's standing behind the counter/cashier. Most of them are from the north-east part of India I think. The first one I encountered was probably new and her English wasn't very fluent. The second one I recently had was really warm and pleasant. She even gave us a complimentary drink 👍 so awesome!
I will be a regular customer for their Korean fried chicken and some of the bakery items - because this is in Delhi and I don't have to travel so far t...
Read morePathetic staff, rude and arogant behavior. Don't even know how to manage guests and tables. They would just come and ask you to move from the table and sit somewhere else, without even seeing and using their own common sense as which table they should ask to move if they have 3-4 visitors.
On a table of 4 people when two people are siting they will not distrub them but on a table 2 where 2 peple are siting they would rudely ask you to shift, so that they can combine the table for other 3 guest.
Very unprofessional. Try them and you may experience such humiliation by the staff on duty.
As per your reply. Your staff is lying to you. I would suggest you to check the video recording of that day... And see yourself.
1)How many people were sitting on your 2 tables which you have for 4 people.... On both the tables 2 people were sitting... Why your staff didn't asked them to move.
No one Thanked or had the courtesy to Thank.. Neither your staff not the other 3 guest.
By the way we were also guest their who paid... What do you mean to say in your reply... Were you or your staff was doing any charity or serving us the...
It's a Taiwan-Korean mix restaurant. Menu is simple, not many food options but taste is good, especially the Korean fried chicken in all the flavours are really good. Teriyaki chicken-rice is ok, rice cakes in it adds extra point! Just hope there's an egg on top. Spicy chicken rice is super spicy! Rabokki and Ramyun ones are fire-y spicy! Prawn pasta is pretty spicy too! Chicken bulgogi kimbap is too bland. I was expecting the chicken to be marinated already instead of the dipping soy sauce.
Drinks are average and too pricy. Taro flavour is too artificial, brown sugar bubble tea cannot taste brown sugar. And their boba/pearls are not sweetened and are on the harder/chewy-er side.
Bakery items are also on the higher price tag.
Service is slightly slow but all foods and drinks are made on the spot so it's reasonable. They seem to be always short of staff though.
Love the cleanliness and brightness of the ambiance, wall drawings are lovely, especially the Taiwan Black...
