Very disappointing customer experience. We’ve been regular customers for quite some time, but the staff’s attitude has consistently been unfriendly. Yesterday was particularly upsetting when my elderly father had a confrontation with them over a simple request to cut a piece of cake. The way they treated him was shockingly disrespectful.

If you value good service and respect, I would advise against visiting this place.

Hmm..this is a good option if you are looking for tasty, freshly baked cakes. They do have a good Rava cake options..in fact, this bakery is famous for their Rava cakes only.

The only thing you need to keep in mind that you prefer an outlet at sector 7 rather than other ones. I mean sector 7one looks (at least) clean and hygenic. This shop is in the ground floor of Patel Heritage bldg and is 2-3 shops adjacent to Laxmi Vilas bank. This is a clean and maintained place and their baking facility which is just at the back side of the shop is also well maintained.
