I had an amazing experience with Delish! I ordered a tiered cake for my son's 6th birthday on very short notice, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. He loves Minecraft, so I requested a themed cake with butterscotch, white forest, and black forest flavors. Not only did they create a beautifully decorated cake that looked fantastic, but the flavors were also spot on—especially the butterscotch, which was outstanding!

What truly impressed me was their service. Despite my initial plan to pick it up, I got tied up with something else, and they were kind enough to deliver it to my home upon request. Delish is a small cake shop. The cakes they bake are good (in the initial days they were very good) but not exceptional (off late the quality has deteriorated). The biggest disadvantage with this shop is that they are very unreliable on multiple grounds.

1. Often the shop remains closed - unscheduled closure.
2. You order one type of cake another type of cake lands up at delivery
3. They launch new products but half the time these new products are not available
4. They do not value customer loyalty.

In this age of competition the shop has forgotten...
