Ribbons and Balloons - The Cake Shop — Restaurant in Panvel

I recently ordered a red velvet cake from Robbins and Balloons for a birthday celebration and asked them to write a name on the cake. While the cake itself looked fine in terms of design and flavor, I was very disappointed with how the name was written.

As you can see in the attached image, the handwriting on the cake is extremely poor and unappealing. The writing looks messy and rushed, which completely took away from the beauty of the cake. When we order a birthday cake, we expect not just good taste but also neat decoration — especially when it comes to the name. Presentation matters a lot, and unfortunately, this did not meet expectations.

Using decent colors and clean handwriting can significantly enhance a cake’s appearance, but in this case, it looked like no care was taken. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves their cake lettering in the future, because a great cake deserves a beautiful finish.

I've been a regular costomer here especially on Tuesdays emnever felt soo bad as today also asked for payment as soon as possible we weren't even finished eating and ofcs we would pay this never happened before then why today the previous staff was good and kind these ones are very rude.
