Worst experience of my life. I have been coming to this outlet since 12yrs now and very regularly but in the recent times this outlet has been nothing more than a disaster and disappointment to me. The tables are never cleaned no matter when you go, in the busiest times or even if there is no crowd. The staff is horrible and they don’t care if the customer is asking them to clean the table, the tables are always sticky even after cleaning. The quality of food has deteriorated drastically but in contrast, the prices are only increasing day by day. The “Bun” of Mc Aloo Tikki burger specially is super dry to an extent that it feels stale. Without any notice/mention or any prior information the tomatoes and onions are absent from the burger hence the customer receives a bun with tikki and mayo only. The burgers are alwaysss cooked long ago and they are not even warm. They are always served kind off cool. And then you have to wait for several minutes for the help to arrive and when they finally come, they make you wait for another 10mins before correcting your meal. In my recent visit i figured out something very fishy. Earlier there were no refills allowed for Coke but now they have started giving customer’s refill glasses. When i went to refill my coke, the new served COKE WAS DILUTED WITH WATER. Yes you heard me right!! I am not joking. My coke was literally diluted with Kent RO water. I saw the waiter mixing two different types of coke in my glass whereas only one type of coke for fresh customers without refill. And i know this for sure because RO water tastes very different and so to make sure i compared my original coke with the refill one and it was genuinely diluted. The gas was still the same but coke was genuinely diluted with some bad water and after having it I seriously got worried about what am i being served with. Is this fair for a customer who is readily paying the entire amount upfront and then getting such service from MCD? After having such an experience i feel like such franchises should be banned and strict quality check should be done in order prohibit them from serving the customers with adulterated drinks.

McDonald's the first place that comes to your mind when you crave for some junk food? Well at least to me it is. Moreover the various offers and newbies that they often introduce are so tempting, you can't help but get your feet dragged all the way to savor them.

Recently they introduced their Flavors without Borders menu. To start off with

-American Cheese Supreme : As relishing as it sounds, you must try this McBurger. The crispy patty was well complimented with a delicious layer of cheese.

-Chatpata Naan : I wasn't quite happy with the taste. It just didn't work well with my tastebuds. The stuffing inside wasn't as crispy as expected.

-Phirni McFlurry : This was yet another dessert I was longing to try. It was quite good. Something ya'll should definitely try out

-ALoo tikki : This has been my all time favorite go and grab snack alongside some plain fries and a soft drink. The crispy chicken patty along with lettuce and cheese is AMAZING.

As always McDonald's is super crowded but they manage to fasten up their service And you will always get a place to sit.

So on one day, i was just dying out of hunger due to my heavy day schedule. But apart from that, i already made my mind that today after the day ends, I'll have blast of junk food for treating myself. And when it comes to junk food, no one plays better than McDonald's. So i randomly just visited this place and was impressed the moment i placed my foot inside the cafe/shop. One great thing which i found was, you dont have to wait in the queue to make your order because there were about 3 big "LCD touch displays" on a separate stands, from where you can order for yourself along with those 3-4 oder counters. They had seperate small section in the cafe for all the coffee lovers out there ranging from huge variety with some great quality taste. And their service was so great that, after your order they will serve you at your table as you don't have to wait more aside the queue to get...
