Zohra — Restaurant in Panvel

I place a lot of orders from Zohra right from the time they opened doors in Kharghar, however today's experience was bad and unforgettable, Today i had Ordered Butter Chicken, Butter Roti and Butter Naan via hotel's delivery. The Butter Chicken was way to salty and the Butter Roti was burnt. On calling up the Hotel to inform them about the taste and quality, the owner Firoz rudely says during rush hours it happens so i should let go this as an on off error. He was ready to send me a replacement with a tone which was disgusting and rude, however it doesn't make sense to ask my son to wait for 30 mins to wait at the dining table at home. If these guys can't take criticism positively than they are not fit to be in restaurant business.

Same experience I asked him to refund since we had to leavefor travel ..but he insisted in replacement.So we hear with no lunch as well as a delay in time . And even then the restaurant owner has a tone as if he is...

we recently visited this place with our friends, the place is very suffocated, Staff are good and helpfull towards their customers, the restaurant is full of lights that makes the restaurant look attractive from outside it seeks the attention of customers towards them, the place is clean and tidy. Coming to the food that we ordered 1.Pahadi chicken kebab:--the kebab was welled cooked, the taste was good, the quantity was good. 2.chicken kadai:-the taste of kadai was awesome, perfectly balance taste, the negative part was that the quantity was less, as the staff told us that it will be in half for four people but it wasn't, other than it was good, the presentation was good. 3.chicken handi:--the handi is perfect was four or five people, the taste was good, even the quantity was good, Ratings :- 1.Pahadi chicken kebab:-3.5/5 2.chicken kadai:-4/5 3.chicken handi:-4/5 Overall we would rate this...
