We felt this place to be a much hyped average restaurant. The food and ambience was not as great as expected. The service was decent.
We went as three adults with a small kid for a simple birthday treat. The quantity served looked really less for the prices charged. The taste and presentation was also not that great. We had limited choices as they said some of the dishes we asked for weren't available and also, a chef making a specific list of dishes was on leave that day.
Based on the waiter's suggestion, we ordered a chicken platter which was the best out of all. Naan (both butter and garlic) was good. Manchow soup was good but very less quantity for two by three. The tikka masala gravy was just ok. We felt squid was overpriced for the quantity served. The taste was also very average.
We ordered chicken salad which was supposed to have olive toppings. They forgot it completely. After we asked for it, the waiter served some olives in a bowl. We asked if sweet kesari was available to give for the kid. A very small bowl of average taste Kesari was charged 55 rupees.
Based on our experience, it is ok to go to this place for a change but not a very ideal one to hang out with family/friends...

Read moreChecked in with my family after seeing the ratings and we had a really good experience. We ordered chicken meals, rice with tika curry, and grilled chicken — all tasted very good, and the quantity was okeish for the price. The restaurant had moderate space, comfortable enough for families and small groups. There is a small parking area on the ground floor, and the restaurant itself is on the first floor.
I had read in some reviews about longer waiting times, but in our case the crowd was moderate and our food came within 10 minutes, so we didn’t face any delay. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant with light music and wall paintings. It’s not like a typical Tamil restaurant or a café, more like a nice blend of both. Overall, we enjoyed it and I’d say it’s definitely...
