Domino's Pizza | Anna Nagar, Puducherry — Restaurant in Puducherry

The staff's behavior is not good at all especially they are kinda scamming. We ordered via dominoz app for 791 rupees to dine in and we separately ordered chicken pops(which is 99 rupees) in the counter but while paying the bill amount they only gave the bill for 791 rps and just added the chicken pops in their system directly and didn't show it to me the total cost of it and asked rupees 900 and we paid it and again she asked 4.65 rupees saying that the chicken pops is 104 with tax and we paid it and she didn't give any remaining money and when I asked for the remaining she said the total cost of chicken pops is 108 rps. Seriously that was ridiculous how they don't show the bill and keep on changing the price according to their wish, even if I add the 108 rupees with 791 rupees it is 899 only but I didn't pick any fight over that and I went out quietly but one thing I want to ask them "Will you just let me go if I didn't pay the 5 rupees of amount from the total amount?" I worked hard to earn each rupees but you don't even show the proper bill for the money I spent in your restaurant and now also it is not about money but it just gave me the feeling of being fooled . And One more thing the chicken pops was not good at all it was all frozen meat just fried in oil I guess, ...

They took a lot of time to serve us. And there was no place for ppl to sit already. But still the employees were busy in collecting orders from who ever passed through the door. They did not mind whether earlier orders wer served or not. People were shouting at the employees and that place looked a lot like a market than what it actually should be. One person after waiting for close an hour went n asked for his pizzas and the employees said his order was not recorded. How irritating tat would be while you were hungry but still waiting for your food. He had a family with bunch of kids all eagerly waiting for their pizzas. And while delivering our order they left out chicken wings. They asked us to wait further to get it delivered. We wer hungry n angry enough tat we couldn't wait any further and walk out getting our refund. The refund was done only for the chicken wings and not for the GST of the...

Never order pizza for delivery from this store. I ordered a pizza at 10.00 Pm. I waited for 1 hour 15 mins. No delivery arrived. So i tried calling the store. no one picked the call. During midnight, when I was fast asleep, at 12.05 AM i got a call asking what is the delivery location. I asked to cancel the order. Its is not the first time it happened with this outlet. If it happens one time, it can be considered an excuse; may be some issue with delivery. If it is happening multiple times, it means that the people working there are grossly inefficient or doesnt care. I'm never ordering again from this outlet. No one should. Now it's is the next days afternoon. Still my order status is pending. They are so inefficient so as to cancel my order. Dominoes app doesn't allow to cancel the order. I have mailed dominoes.
