As mentioned before (last posted review moved down) the service was really poor to say the least, this time I went with my wife, we were asking about some pastries, the person incharge kind of explained uninterestingly, we are paying money and by that business is run, basically we are enquiring to make a buying decision, a good sales person will explain it in such a way to sell to me, but this person with all due respect behaved like he didn't want us there. I went there without going to other well known and reputed bakery but got disappointed to the core. I had an open budget of close to ₹1000+ to buy item from there but due to this disappointing response I just grabbed a couple of cream bun for ₹90 and left the place, I will not be coming back anytime soon. If you want to sell only to tourist and foreigners just put a sign board saying no sales to Pondicherry people. But the person working here who handled my order clearly was not happy to work here I guess, first he didn't event want to know what I'm interested to buy, few things happened while getting my order fulfilled, later after paying he didn't even have the courtesy to hand over the bill to me, instead asked me to fetch it myself,

I think the person running this place has to train/take care of the people working, take this in a positive note and improve your service to make it as good as your pastry, I love the later but there is lot to improve in...

A brand new place in Pondy! The food was excellent, I had the blueberry danish, the grilled vegetable sandwich and the fig and rose pastry.
