The first ice cream place i went to that serves gelatos. I tried it before in an event and wanted to try again. After getting time, i finally went here. My expectations were met.

I went in and there were so many flavors of gelatos. The person at the counter told me they change the flavors everyday thus making sure all the servings were fresh and made at the same day. That was refreshing to see. Apart from gelatos, they also served waffles, coffee, milkshake, kulfi and some other desserts.

The shop has kept their menu item's demo at the counter itself. Each Waffle has a dummy item for the customers so that they can see the contents and proportion of the waffles they'll be ordering. You can't taste it, but look and decide you want to order. It makes the choices a bit easy.

I had 2 scoop gelato which contained a scoop of cookies and cream, and another scoop of swiss chocolate for 189 rs. I took the order and went to the upper floor. The tables were in the process of being cleaned, so i waited for a few minutes. After i took a seat, i run an errand on my phone and then started eating the gelato. It didn't melt even a little. The place is filled with AC, so it might be that. The gelato was fully flavorful. It was softer and denser than regular ice cream. The texture melting in your mouth is really satisfying. My wife and I visited Alice in Gelatoland yesterday, and our experience was a mix of highs and lows. Despite a bustling crowd, the efficient service by the staff, particularly the madam behind the counter, made the wait bearable.

I opted for the Mix Ice Cream Falooda, specifically requesting it without dry fruits. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I discovered that not only did it contain dry fruits, but the falooda itself had an unexpected crunchiness reminiscent of chocolate chips, rather than the soft texture one expects. This deviation from the traditional falooda taste left me dissatisfied. However, upon expressing my concerns, the owner was quick to offer a replacement, refund, or alternative choice, displaying admirable customer service.

On the other hand, my wife ordered the Bubble Chocolate Overdose Waffle, which lived up to its grandiose name with its massive size and elaborate presentation. While it proved challenging to eat due to its size, the taste was undeniably delicious. It seemed crafted to appeal to social media enthusiasts, aiming for likes and shares with its extravagant appearance.
