Chung fa Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

So we ordered a lot of food from them like for 3 entire families. We order from them coz we know the food is good. Their customer service however is pathetic. We called in advance to let them know that we would be requiring extra schezwan chutney and they said that they would send ONE after a lot of conflict. Like literally for a packet of chutney. However when the order turned up, the order didn’t have any extra chutney. So we called them up to ask why they hadn’t sent it. They actually had the audacity to say we were lying just for a packet of chutney! Well, if you want to retain business Chung Fa, you need to replace the people that work there. They are the rudest and the most insensitive (noticed always during my dine in experience) people ever! A restaurant stays afloat because of the customers but today you’ll have proved that you’ll don’t deserve loyal customers anymore. If you’ll just accepted that you’ll didn’t give us the packet or that you never do, we would’ve let it go. But to outright say that the customer is lying is disgusting and pathetic on your part! Would never recommend you to anyone just because of your PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Disgusting. Worst restaurant experience till date .... We had ordered chicken manchow, veg Chung fa soups... And multiple starters.... The soup smelled and tasted like as if the chicken was washed in it.... I could not even dare to take second sip of the soup due to the pathetic smell and taste... Honey roast chicken... It should be renamed as half boiled chicken in honey water... Chicken and the honey water didn't mix up at all... The chicken either was not fresh or was not washed and cooked properly.... I utterly had a quarter of one piece.... For just 2 cold drinks and one iced tea... We payed 900+... I am really clueless how the restaurant has even the current rating mentioned in Google... We had cancelled all the other orders and just ran from there and never ever gonna visit it.... The manager was least interested in the feedback we shared... For me this restaurant is a straight no no as I never compromise on hygiene and taste of food we pay so...

We had gone to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I had wanted to make it a special day for her and I don’t know why I chose Chung Fa , maybe for old times sake. We ordered chilly mushroom and lime soda which were not bad. Then we ordered vegetable sizzler in garlic sauce. After making us wait for more than 30 minutes he got us sizzler on a plate. Then we had to wait again for 20-30 minutes and he got us sweet and sour sizzler . We asked to speak to the Manager Patrick, but he was busy eating so could not come so we waited for him. Then finally, he came and was so offensive, saying ok cancel the order, don’t eat when we told him the noodles were too thin like seviyaan and the Tikki was overdone. Most unlike a hospitality trained person. He didn’t know how to behave with his guests as if he couldn’t care less.
