I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alice in Gelatoland, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. This ice cream parlor truly lives up to its name by offering a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors, as well as other scrumptious treats like waffles, falooda, pizza, pasta, and so much more.

The moment I stepped inside Alice in Gelatoland, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant colors and playful decor immediately put a smile on my face. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Now, let's talk about the ice cream. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The selection at Alice in Gelatoland is simply mind-boggling. From classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate to unique and adventurous ones like lavender honey and matcha green tea, there was something for everyone. Each scoop was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. I couldn't resist going back for seconds (and maybe even thirds).

But Alice in Gelatoland isn't just about ice cream. Their waffles were a delightful surprise. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they were the perfect accompaniment to the ice cream. And if you're in the mood for something more refreshing, their falooda is an absolute must-try. The combination of silky noodles, rose syrup, and a variety of toppings is a flavor explosion in every bite.

And did I mention the pizza and pasta? I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The pizza had a thin, crispy crust topped with fresh ingredients, while the pasta was cooked to perfection and smothered in a flavorful sauce. Pune's famous dessert spot which is a literal heaven for dessert lovers is located in Viman Nagar- Alice in Gelatoland. The ambience here is elegant and you've ample seating arrangements. They have so many dessert options for you all that will leave you absolutely spoilt for choice. Their famous artisanal gelatos are a must try having so many flavours in it. They are smooth and delectable. Our favourite was their Madagascar chocolate. Along with gelatos, do indulge in their gelato sundaes, brownie jars, freak shakes, bubble waffles, cheesecake, croissants, mini pancakes, falooda, kulfi and so many other desserts. From kids to the elderly they have it all for every guest of theirs. All their desserts are of premium quality and made with the finest ingredients. You can also grab some of their refreshing coffee or shakes. Sip on their silk-like textured hot chocolate which is very rich in taste and has the perfect consistency. In their ongoing sitaphal festival, you shouldn't miss their fresh sitaphal cream which was our favorite. Got wrong orders for take away twice in 2 days! Took 30 minutes for a take away order that didn't even need any preparation, just ordered popsicles and I had to ultimately go to the counter to remind them that I've been waiting for a take away that shouldn't have taken more than five minutes. The guy who served me the wrong order the first day had a smirk on his face when I told him that he'd provided me with a wrong order and that's the same person who packed my order on the second day and made the same mistake. I wish I had taken his picture for everyone to see how shameless and unprofessional that guy is. The take away from my experience is that they have an extremely unprofessional staff and just by using a paging system doesn't solve the problem of stream lining orders because they obviously need to be taught how to stream line orders. Having said that, their offerings are actually decent ( tried bubble waffles and popsicles) Would recommend the popsicles for sure. Bubbles waffles is just okay, not something I would order...
