Today had worst experience ever had.... I want to tell the owner or management company that these staff specially Mr Mahesh who was on the counter will let your outlet close very soon...

They don't want to serve the coustomer.. We order some starter from there after that we planned to have sizzler. My wife asked Mr Mahesh please suggest something in sizzler. He told take from the menu. We told ok we will order.. After finishing starters we went for main course. But at counter Mahesh told we are close... I told it's just 10.46 pm.... He told we close at 10.45pm.... i and my wife requested to please order 2 sizzler.. But Mr Mahesh told i already told one coustomer 5 minute before outlet is closed... So can't give... I told it's just 10.46 ...means 1 min late according to your closing time' and while stater ordering or while sizzler suggestion time you didn't tell about your closing time when all food mall counters were full phase operating.... After requesting many times they didn't listen.. so after that we ordered for pizza , sizzler from dragon Chinese, Raj kachori from chat bazar, rolls from haldiram and many from other counters...

So my question from the owners that if all food court is operating till 11 pm or more than on Friday night then why you closes at 10.40 pm . If it is then you are losing business..... Or if not then these staffs are hampering your business..... When I ordered starters at 10.30 and told will come for sizzler and told you my kid want sizzler then why you people not inform about your closing time.............

Worst experience ever at Asia Seven, Magarpatta. Absolutely pathetic service! I went in expecting a decent meal but instead wasted my entire evening. First, they kept me waiting just to take the order because their system was “hanging”. Apparently, they don’t have any backup or alternate method – just long queues of hungry, frustrated customers standing around while the staff looked clueless.

Finally, when I did manage to place the order, they promised it would be ready in 25 minutes. That was a joke. I waited well past that, only to be told they were now having electricity issues. Seriously? A restaurant that can’t even keep the lights on?

After wasting close to an hour, I had to cancel my order out of sheer frustration. No food, no apology, no sense of professionalism. The staff had no idea how to handle a basic situation

This place is a complete mess – chaotic, disorganized, and run by people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your time and leave hungry. I’ll never step foot in this...

I have always appreciated the quality of their Chinese food. There are a couple of other places within season's mall, but none come close to them in terms of taste and quality. It however defies logic, the way they do their pricing. When you order from Swiggy, they will send a pamphlet alongwith the bill which says 'buy 2 get 1' and/or 20% off if you buy directly.

When you visit the outlet and order directly, they tell you this is applicable only for orders on phone. When you tell them I will order over phone and then take away myself, they tell you it is not possible to order and takeaway for claiming the discount!!! And when you order takeaway over the counter, they give you only 15% discount. I can't understand, if they spend money to deliver when you order over phone they give 20% discount, but when you yourself takeaway from the counter, they...
