Bread Story — Restaurant in Pune

Really pathetic experience today. Received stone cold quiches and croissants on my takeaway order. I cant imagine being charged a bomb for stuff that this establishment doesn't even bother keeping warm. Heck - even the humble farsan vendor has a bain-marie or heated rack to keep his produce warm and fresh. The person at the counter wouldn't even ask if we wanted the stuff to be heated before taking away. He was so uninitiated to the concept of a quiche - he kept saying what is that;what is that..when I pointed at it, he said, oh that is called 'hot chicken' or something, what they rechristened it at their brand. Spent 900 bucks on lousy stuff here which I could've easily got at half the price and double the value at Merwans. Banish this store, folks. Give them back what they serve us. Very bad experience with them, ordered fruit exotica cake through Swiggy (was expecting some exotic cake though) and what they delivery is some weird sort of cream cake with sugary orange cream layer over it and this thing was nowhere in description. I called them and what they let me know is that fruit exotica is like that only, it has PULP of mixed fruit on it, but what they are calling pulp is just some disgusting cream in orange color. I've been ordering from bread story for quite a while now. They used to deliver very good quality food. However, recently their standards have declined. In the last 3 orders that I have placed at breadstory. All the orders were spoilt, they had a blackish kind of growth on the inside and it smelled bad. I have repeatedly complained about their quality on Swiggy, but they haven't improved the quality.
