Give a thought before visiting if you are concerned about your health. New team/management is really bad.

Real bad day today with my favourite momo place. They served rotten mayonnaise, though we avoided eating that with our favourite chicken tandoori momos and thought of eating Shawarma which I eat sometimes whenever I visit; trust me, I was unable to bare the smell of rotten mayonnaise at first bite itself I couldn't dare for second bite due to health concern, then I asked lady at the counter whether we can change it and take one without mayonnaise, she agreed and offered me for replacement. Second Shawarma was also with the hint of same rotten mayonnaise, so we asked them to cancle and asked her for the bill for order that we placed for dine in and parcel. She asked me to pay for Shawarma as as well, which I already thought of paying even if she don't ask and over and above she said I am charging for only one Shawarma and rest of your order very rudely. I just said you should think of your customer satisfaction and should not argue, when I am returning food at first bite and second without even testing. The moment I said customer satisfaction she bounced back and thrown my money at me and said don't pay for the rest of the order too, and said we will consider we had not done any billing for a customer, to her coworker. I was ready to pay for that Shawarma which I did not ate but her arrogance made me say about customer satisfaction. I requested twice to take money but she refused and walked away ignoring me. Same way I walked out without collecting parcel which I ordered for.

I am feeling very bad that due to this incident I will never ever visit my favourite momo...

Ambience- Very congested and the place burns like a furnace due to the Shawarma grill within the small outlet.

Pocket friendly- Cheap for the quantity and quality served.

Food- Shawarmas here are the best. The outer crust is well made with right amount of thickness. It is generously filled with tangy sauces and mayonnaise.

Hummus needs improvement as the batter smells powerfully of chickpea. The amount of oil in it can be increased.

Fried rice is bland and needs the chinese spicy flavours. Veg spring rolls were a mouthful but the filling was too generous causing the roll to crumble.

Overall the taste is good and authentic yet needs little improvements here and there.
