We visited Flow for the second time, this time to celebrate a family birthday, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled slightly off the main road in Baner, the location offers a refreshing escape from the usual hustle — especially the hassle of parking, which is pleasantly not an issue here.

From the moment you step in, you’re greeted warmly — often by the gracious owners themselves, whose friendly, ever-smiling presence sets the tone for a welcoming and relaxed evening. The ambiance is thoughtfully designed, with an inverted-L seating layout and a cozy upper deck. The warm, dim lighting adds to the intimate, inviting vibe, making it perfect for meaningful conversations and leisurely dining.

One of the highlights is the music — carefully curated and pleasantly soft, it enhances the atmosphere without overpowering your conversations. On Fridays, they host special Retro Nights with a curated menu to match the theme — a charming touch that adds uniqueness to your visit.

The menu itself is impressive, offering a delightful range of dishes to suit all palates, including thoughtfully crafted vegan options. The drinks selection is extensive, and their Rolling Mills craft beers are a must-try — they truly stand out.

I was planning to go to this place for some time now. Finally we went there on Friendship’s Day (Sunday Afternoon).

Warm and welcoming place is the vibe you get and experience.

Good set of sitting areas, both outdoor as well as indoor, with a section separate for smoking area.

Very good music. There was a live music played by “Kritika”, and it was really soothing and energising, setting the mood and vibe right.

Though, I didn’t had any drinks, due to Shravan. So had planned to pure veg lunch.

They have a good variety of cuisines right from bar bites, appetisers, small plates & large plates.

The food was really amazing with sumptuous quantity. We had ordered mushroom (these were stuffed and batter fried- the filling was creamy and flavourful.

The spaghetti aglio olio was perfect for all pasta lovers. Creamy and rich white sauce yet light on stomach.

Ordered their veg biryani, and it was really flavourful and perfectly cooked.

Overall the place is highly recommended for their great food, vibe and good music.

Would certainly plan to visit after Shravan to try their drinks...

Delicious Food: We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were bold, and the portions were generous. Extensive Drink Menu: The bar offered an impressive selection of craft beers, cocktails, and wines. We enjoyed trying a few different options, and the bartender was happy to offer recommendations.
