Straight to the point, as good as this cafe was before they’ve lost their consistency in food. I was a regular here when it opened and the food was truly amazing, it was our usual hangout spot their pancakes were one of the best I’ve had about a year back. Now the same pancakes have lost their consistency are not even that fluffy along with a decrease in portion size. We used to receive an amazing service by Ram, Naveen, Toufiq even Rishikesh for a while. And what triggered me the most was I went after long, after finishing my coffee Sanket asked me if I wanted anything else and when I said no I was directly given the bill in 2 minutes of finishing my coffee when I didn’t even ask for the bill, especially when there were no waiting tables. The server apologised but I paid and left. Ever since the management has changed so has the crowd and their rules. It feels like they themselves are confused about what to do. One day they say smoking isn’t allowed here because there are families, the next they said we don’t allow dogs and please keep them close to you, when I’ve gotten my dog there a couple of times and she hasn’t caused any trouble. Like decide what you actually want. My sister was treated the same way to the point where she left without eating. Before they used to actually care about their guests and the food and coffee is still good, but let’s be real here, you cannot satisfy each and every guest that comes to you. Consistency is what keeps it going and honestly if you’re going to change your rules everyday you might as well never expect a set crowd. All they care about now a days is business and money and rotation on tables which is fair. But if you treat people this way it isn’t gonna last. 2-3 of my friends also have said the same about Sanket. All in all it just isn’t the same anymore. I went there specially to try Tiramisu as it looked all good in the image and reels. Me and my friend reached around 10 45 pm to the cafe which was almost going to close at 11 pm. The staff said that now we could only get Coffee and desserts and we only came for tiramisu and they agreed. So when we wanted to sit inside as it has ac the staff declined saying you can side outside, we didn't understood what was the reason as we could see the inside was almost empty with tables available. We just let it go and sat outside and ordered tiramisu. And when tiramisu came on the table , trust me it was the worst tiramisu I had every tried. And no it's not coming from a person who just ordered Tiramisu randomly. I have tried tiramisu at so many places now I know that what tiramisu should be like. They just gave us a frozen piece of cake . And when we ate a bite it was cold frozen and tasted literally sour at the bottom. I wasn't even sure if it was a fresh tiramisu. It seemed like it was kept in refrigerator for more than days and now had given stale , I just ate one spoon and we literally left it there. Then we asked if we could get a coffee the staff literally said No. We understand if it was closing time and they want to close , but I saw other members getting affogato and doppio on the other tables. Staff replied no it's not available. Atleast he could have said it's not available sir but no seems like they have so many people coming to their cafe they don't need customers. It's now like we have 4.8 rating and people come here and share great reviews now it's done. Worst taste of tiramisu never try it here, I can't comment on food or other things as we didn't got to try it. Fact -- Tiramisu was left on the table , poor thing must have been in refrigerator...
