Smart Inn - A Budget Hotel — Hotel in Pune

I came to stay , dated 12th July. I paid Rs.1800 for a room. I had given my and my wife's Aadhaar card as identity card while checking in the hotel. There was a receptionist named Zakir who asked us our relation. Even when we told him we were husband and wife, he didn't believe it and asked for our wedding photos and we showed them. But he took our wedding photos in his mobile phone. I have never seen any hotel in my life where wedding photos are requested. The worst experience of my life happened in this hotel. Despite this, after entering the room, I felt that my money was wasted because there was no door latch after entering, so we were stuck inside for 1 hour. And the landline phone to call the reception was switched off. Blood stains on the bed sheet, broken window, closed TV, bad bathroom, bathroom door didn't close. To experience all this, I gave my hard earned 1800 rupees to this hotel. As a proof of all this, we have taken photos of some hotels, which are being posted in the review. Yes, anyone reading this review should not go to this third class hotel...

I had booked a stay in this hotel on 17th Jan for 4 days.

The receptionist was so rude during check-in. We had intimated a day before for early check-in but made us wait for 3 hours in reception even though rooms were available. the Worst condition of rooms, bedsheets were not changed and dirt mark was seen in the entire bedsheet and blanket. (We used our own) Bathroom was at worst, water was clogged. No proper drain and all taps and pipes were leaking. Even after complaining no response was given. 4.Lock was not in proper shape, sometimes its locking sometimes its not locking. need to try 4 to 5 times to lock and unlock.(Broken one already Tv was not working in any of the rooms Rooms were Smelly and had to open all doors and windows for atleast 30min to have a better smell. Hot water will be available only till 11 am and will be stopped. (Not Intimaed earlier)

Never ever chose this hotel is you want to have a pleasant stay.

I was in room no. 212. The bathroom door is stuck. I had a hard time opening and shutting it. Besides, the receptionist asked me to turn the tap handle to the left and draw water for a few minutes when I enquired about hot water for bathing. However, there was no hot water or warm water even after i had left the tap on for over 15 minutes with the handle turned to the left. It may be noted that it happened in April which is peak summer. Finally I bathed with cold water . My only grudge is that I had to leave the tap on for a long time, causing a huge wastage of tap water, in a vain expectation. I urge the hotel management to get their solar heaters/equipments checked and repaired so that tap water is not wasted in expectation of hot bathing water. The management should not proclaim that there is hot water supply round the clock until they have repaired their equipments. Water is precious, and we must use...
