R Deccan Mall — Local services in Pune

R mall deccan has the worst parking service I have ever seen, This is for the owner of the mall - Day before yesterday i brught my car in the parking the guy named "Aakash Chavan" took my car very confidently and asked i'll help you park. I trusted him with my car and gave my automatic car to him to park like every other parking help/service, he did something pushed a button in the car.. the car stopped moving after the same. The break got stuck, and people behind were waiting for their car to get parked. It was very pressurising, i came there from Punawale i drove the car and it was perfectly working fine till Aakash took over my car for the parking. The worst part was after i confronted the same with his team aakash started arguing and said "maine thodi kuch kia" after i raised my voice the team immediately called a professional help and my car got fixed. the professional help said the car was perfect it was just a push to the gear the car needed to start. We became even more sure that the aakash pushed some button post which the car got stopped.

when i asked them to pay the amount of 350 as it was there mistake, aakash ignored and started arguing again. atleast the team could have paid to the professional as a compensatory to what they did.

Worst Experience ever!!!!!!!

I do not want aakash to loose his job but i really want someone to take strict action against his behaviour.

Please park your vehicle outside or on road rather than dealing with such kind of people and wasting your mood...

R-Deccan Mall is a disappointing experience from start to finish. One of the biggest issues with the mall is its congested structure. The layout feels cramped, with narrow walkways and overcrowded areas, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially during peak hours. It’s not a place where you can enjoy a relaxed shopping experience.

Parking is another major drawback. The mall doesn’t offer sufficient parking space, and the available spots are often taken up by other vehicles, forcing visitors to park elsewhere or on the street. This adds unnecessary hassle right from the moment you arrive.

Additionally, the lift at the mall never seems to work, which is incredibly frustrating. If you happen to be on a higher floor, you’re left with no option but to climb the stairs—often without any signage indicating that the lift is out of order. For anyone with mobility issues or carrying heavy shopping bags, this can be a real inconvenience.

The overall hygiene of the mall is also concerning. It has a persistent, unpleasant odor, which makes the entire atmosphere feel uncomfortable. The mall is also dirty and shabby, with litter scattered around and poorly maintained restrooms.

Overall, R-Deccan Mall fails to meet basic standards for shopping centers. Until improvements are made, I would recommend seeking other, more well-maintained malls...
