I happened to visit their MG Road branch last month and bought a party packet of both tomato and sour onion flavored potato chips. The onion flavored chips were extremely salty and inedible, tomato too was utmost tangy and uneatable. Finally we bought 2-3 boxes of lays for the party. The very next day I went to their outlet to report the event. Surprisingly they were least bothered about the incident, however the lady at the counter offered me a replacement/cashback. I came across similar cases with couple of my other friends as well. I go here often to buy myself munchies. It's always nice buying things here. This time I wanted to buy the cheese rings but I called it Bobby by mistake. The owner SCARSCATICALLY says "Bobby ko ring bolte hai." and he said it out loud. There were other customers in the store, they heard it too. This was extremely embarrassing for me. After my purchase when I was billing, I asked the owner if every had a slip of tongue, he literally laughed and thought it was funny. He did say sorry, however he found it funny and laughed it out. My point being, you need to be courteous enough not to embarrass people be it your customer or your staff. It doesn't give him any right to speak to me the way he did.
