I have fallen in love with the Onion Garlic Naan at Sahana. Now garlic naan is tasty but the onion garlic naan is the icing on the cake. The appetizing aroma when it is placed in front of you is heavenly! During Diwali, Sunitha and I came here for lunch. Sahana, a white tablecloth restaurant, was packed with customers waiting. Luckily Sheetal, the owner, got us a table quickly. We ordered the thali to share and three butter rotis were part of this entrée. Looking through the menu, I saw this naan and ordered it. The thali had six katoris (cups) filled with dal, paneer subji (vegetable), bhindi, two. More vegetables and a sweet of two gulab jamuns. The butter rotis had been curled up and resembled rose buds. Then the naan came wafting it's perfume everywhere. I squealed with delight as I couldn't contain my joy at what this naan brought to our table. The ghee glistened amid the strands of the onions and garlic. One bite and I was captivated. The daal, paneer and bhindis were the best tasting in this thali. Dessert was a sublime Kulfi Rabdri. We promised to return. Yesterday, I did. I was in Camp and came for lunch. I ordered Butter Daal and Gobi Fry (cauliflower) along with the celebrated naan. A simple meal packed with flavor. The gobi was luscious that I asked for the recipe. I had more than enough to take leftovers home. The Kulfi Rabdri made a fine dessert. Service is attentive. Now all I needed was a wheelbarrow.

An upstate family Marwari Restaurant with 2 branches, Camp and Laxmi Road. In starters, We ordered Manchow soup, which tasted good and fresh. In main course, we ordered Sev Tamatar and Dal Makhani. Being a North Indian I can surely say that Dal Makhani and Pune can't come in one sentence. Skip the Dal Makhani here. Sev Tamatar was still okay and tasted good. Along with this we ordered famous Ghee Chapatin which was very soft and tasty. We also ordered their signature Chaas bottle, which was very refreshing. All of this for 1054/- for 2 people which was definitely not worth it. We found it on an expensive side. Ambience was clean, hygienic and family based.

We had the pleasure of dining at Sahana Veg Restaurant for dinner, and it was an absolute treat! The food was incredibly delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor. We ordered the plain naan and kulcha with mushroom curry, paneer hilton, veg manchurian, special vegetable pulav, and three varieties of mojito - and every single item exceeded our expectations. The service was also top-notch. If you're a vegetarian looking for a great dining experience, Sahana Veg Restaurant is a must-visit! We can't wait to go back and try more of their mouth-watering dishes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sahana Veg Restaurant in Pune, and it was a delightful experience for anyone who appreciates vegetarian cuisine. This restaurant is a haven for vegetarians, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to different tastes.

The first thing that struck me about Sahana Veg Restaurant was its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated with a touch of traditional Indian aesthetics, making it a pleasant place to dine with friends and family.

The menu at Sahana Veg Restaurant is extensive, featuring a diverse range of vegetarian options from various cuisines. I decided to try their South Indian Thali, and it was a true treat for the taste buds. The thali included a colorful assortment of dishes, from crispy dosas to flavorful curries and aromatic rice. Everything was well-seasoned and served in generous portions.

The service was prompt and courteous. The staff was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to provide recommendations based on our preferences.

One highlight of Sahana Veg Restaurant is their commitment to using fresh and quality ingredients. It's evident in the taste and presentation of the dishes. Whether you're a fan of traditional Indian flavors or looking to explore new vegetarian options, this restaurant has something for everyone.

While the overall experience was fantastic, I would suggest making a reservation, especially during peak dining hours, as it can get quite busy. Additionally, some may find the prices slightly on the higher side, but the quality of food and service certainly justifies it.

In conclusion, Sahana Veg Restaurant is a must-visit for vegetarians in Pune. With its diverse menu, inviting ambiance, and attentive service, it offers a satisfying dining experience. If you appreciate vegetarian cuisine,...
