I am writing to report an incident of extremely rude and arrogant behavior displayed by one of your female employees, Singh. I regret to inform you that my experience at your establishment was marred by this incident, and I believe it is essential I visited CCD with two of my friends. While ordering, I approached Singh, who identified herself as such but failed to provide any form of employee card or identification. This raised concerns about her legitimacy as an employee, as it is standard practice for employees to carry identification for security and verification purposes. for you to be aware of the situation. I simply intended to place an order for myself, but Singh rudely insisted that I would need to reorder after 15 minutes, and if I don’t I will need to leave the space. However, Singh's demeanor and tone were extremely disrespectful, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service provided. Her behavior not only reflected poorly on your establishment but also created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment for me...

I just checked in to this restaurant and ordered what I love in CCD but as soon as I took a seat and tried to plug in my laptop to a port I found that there is no electricity and I asked one of the boy serving that which plug I need to use as it's urgent I have something to send to someone and my laptop was drained out of battery as a reply he said " No socket plug is working so you can't use any to charge your laptop ".

Being a regular customer of CCD I wasn't expecting this kinda of service and it's really made my day worse as I missed an important form which I had to fill and it was really urgent too.

As a service if you guys provide some facilities at your resturesta then we do expect something too....but this time I was really brought down by you guys.

CCD, the place I used to rely on whenever I needed peace of mind and time to gain back focus with the help of environment and food that they provide.

Today I visited CCD as regular as I used to, to enjoy food and ambience there and to do my unfinished work, as there was a social gathering at my place.

When I ordered and settled down taking a seat I found out that there was no electricity in any of the sockets of the entire CCD I was stuck with my work which remained unfinished because of the unexpected quality of service I was provided by CCD.

I really consider it a poor quality of service and management by the restaurant manager.

It was really not expected by a highly reputed restaurant like CCD.
