Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Pune

Today at 24th Nov 2019 I have visited CCD Cafe,78, Viman Nagar Rd, Konark Nagar , Sakore Nagar, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014.

I came along with my friends to enjoy coffee and spend some time together. We reached cafe at 3pm and was there till 8pm. And we almost did billing more than ₹2500.

The problem started with the goof up in order execution. The person who has done our billing ,did not process our order and gave our Cappuccino to some one else. And when we brought it in their attention they were denying it and saying we have already delivered it. But the thing is somewhere they also knew goof up has been done.

It was ok till that point , but when we were sitting after billing casually, CCD Boy named Rameshwar barged in between and started saying do the order and that too in a very rude way. When we told him we are about to leave to which he replied do the order else leave.

It was highly unprofessional behaviour since I am the customer for CCD since 2012. And this treatment to us when there are females in our group is highly unacceptable.

When there are many customers who are occupying seats since the time we came in, and hardly they did the order not more than ₹500. But this team was targeting us for no reason.

So request you to kindly look into the matter as this unprofessional behaviour is highly unacceptable. Groom your people on how to behave and talk with customers and take the...

WORST CCD EVER. There was a single person doing all the things and he too was clueless. He did not know how to make cold mocha with cream even if it was like 3 rd item in the menu. His Idea of Garlic bread with cheese was skewed.he basically just added a cheese slice which was frozen cold on top of a bread and put it in oven for 15 seconds the result was so disappointing.

I had an exam after an hour and Wanted to grab a quick bite to calm down, in turn I got so frustrated by him and his excuses.He also denied to give me my coffee on the go because apparently he punched Having here while taking my order.Which CCD code of conduct says , you can not give a Coffee on the go to a guest who is late because you gave the coffee late?

So annoyed , i felt like leaving everything on the table and walk out and have WadaPav...

Had a disappointing experience at CCD. Ordered just 2 coffees, 1 croissant, and a single garlic bread the bill came to around ₹1200, which felt quite overpriced compared to other better cafés.

They had mentioned potato chips as part of the order, but we didn’t receive that initially. Only when we asked, they gave it to us. Later, I ordered a paneer burger priced at ₹360, which was also mentioned to be served with chips and dips but again, they didn’t provide the chips until we pointed it out.

Overall, the service was not attentive, and the pricing doesn’t match the quality or quantity offered. Not a...
