Pizza Hut | Aero Mall, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

Not at all satisfied with the service whatsoever. Since it's located near the airport, the customers are tired and jet lagged- like we were. Despite of us ordering, the already bored staff preferred to provide the Zomato guys and late customers before us even when they told us to wait for 5mins. They made us wait for half n hour and still served us with no remorse.

Secondly, the Air conditions were not working which left us to eat in the hot atmosphere. You are supposed to provide utmost service to the tired customers but that left bad taste in our mouths.

We ordered sides, because we already saw so many worst reviews abt pizza at this joint, But as compares to pizzas, side orders were fresh and delicious. We ordered-

Spicy chicken wing - perfect sauce and wings so fresh melted in mouth.

cheesy BBQ chicken melts- Loaded with chicken cubes and dripping with melted cheese.

Cheese garlic bread- Perfect option for kids .

French fries- as compared to other outlets- Not so good. (Never mind)

Over all nice...

Needed extra ketchup when asked for it the staff replied very rudely as "kharidna padta hai". It's his duty to inform the customer politely, how will customers get to know that it's not free or else you should put a notice on the counter itself stating that ketchups are not free. A very bad experience we are spending around 1k for pizza and they are not giving ketchups for free. Pizza hut needs to learn from other brands like McD they are giving...
