The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Pune

Giving it 2 stars only for the following reasons -

1. Ordered for Mini Waffles pack. Each small waffle was wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the cardboard box. How stupid can the Aeromall outlet be ? By the time, the box was delivered, each of the waffles got stuck to the napkin and we had to pull it out leading to a lot of wastage. All other outlets that I have purchased from wrap the waffles in butter paper cups.

2. Quality of the waffle - very hard and stale unlike other outlets. I am a regular customer of Belgian Waffle and have purchased either directly or via swiggy. The waffles are usually very fresh, crispy and soft. The Aeromall Pune outlet is bad.

3. Sundae cups prepared at the Aeromall outlet is very scarce. Su daes served in other outlets have plenty icecream, sorbets etc and the sundae cup is full. The one served in Aeromall has very little ice cream, plenty stale choco or red velvet broken pieces and hardly any sorbet. You will see spaces and gaps in the cup when you dig into the sundae. They dont do justice.

People, please avoid...

Pathetic service and pathetic product. Charge a bomb for a chocolate sundae with a completely misleading photograph providing quantity the size of 2 tablespoons. On requesting additoon of an additional scoop with an extra charge the manager Vishal K suggested this is what we have irrespective of the pic and we will not add any additional scoop even if you want to pay extra. Pathetic product and arrogant service. Had to throw away the sundae bought in front of them but they were fine with it. Arrogance tonthe next level. Whatever happened to Customer Satisfaction!...

I gave the order, concerned staff told me to come within 15 min. After 15 min, when I approached her, she denied to make the order claiming that her relief person was getting late. Infact she was busy with her phone call. She just wasted my time claiming that her time is over. I didn't understand then why so took the order? How can such careless rude staff are present in the airport branch of Belgian...
