We ordered from this restaurant via an aggregator and received only 2 out of 3 items in a sealed packet. We raised the issue with the aggregator, sharing images as proof that the sealed packet contained only 2 items. Instead of accepting the mistake, the restaurant staff and even the owner kept blaming the rider and the aggregator. The truth was evident – the packet left their kitchen incomplete. These mushroom-type cloud kitchens/piggyback outlets ride on the reach of aggregators but lack basic empathy, accountability, and service competency. Rather than resolving genuine issues with humility, they choose to stay on their high horses. Boycott such egoistic outlets – you’ll do yourself a favour by supporting restaurants that respect their customers.

I ordered from the oldest spot in Viman Nagar, a place I remember dining at when there were no other restaurants in the area. The taste remains authentic, I had the Manchow soup and vegetable fried rice, both of which were balanced—not too spicy or oily, with a decent amount of vegetables. The portions were generous, but there’s room for improvement in flavor depth.

Good thing is that they still serve col drink in kanch wali bottle that too at just 20 bucks...food here is at very reasonable price & some among the menu is delicious & those who are not are atleast good acc to the price here.

Daiwong Chinese Restaurant situated at Viman Nagar, Pune, at prominent location in the city. The restaurant overlooks the busy streets of Viman Nagar. A fair number of business houses as well as entertainment hubs hold their residence within this neighbourhood. With such a progressive infrastructure, the vicinity offers a choice in transport options which include autos and buses. What draws in the throngs of people are the restaurant's Chinese and Seafood offerings. It pampers the taste-buds of its customers with one of the most favoured cuisines. As said by many, the food here is a sheer delight to the senses. The flavours of each dish is distinct and tongue tantalising. Prepared with the best of ingredients and sauces, every food item from the menu is carefully crafted at the hands of chefs that pride in their years of experience in the business. The standard of hygiene they maintain within the kitchen as well as the dining space is high. Undoubtedly this is one of the best Chinese Restaurants at Viman Nagar Pune. One will feel like they have been transported to a...

Disaster of a service, I went and ordered at the restaurant at 08:50pm and was told I will get my order which contained 3 items in 20/25 mins. I called the restaurant at 09:30pm and was asked to wait for 10mins more, as I could not wait at the restaurant, I asked them to deliver in Vishrantwadi the guy sitting on the counter asked me 60/70 rs needed to give the delivery person and he will bear it as the restaurant is taking long. To my surprise I received the order at 10:46pm and was given various explanation by the person who was sitting on the counter. The delivery guy told me the order was handed over to him at 10pm which was 1hr 10mins late from order given time and 45mins he took to come from Viman Nagar to Vishrantwadi which normally takes 10min at non peak hours. also he could not come till my building and I had to go and collect the same from a place which the delivery guy told me. I have still not received the order at 10:45.

No doubt the food was good but couldn't...
