Yesterday on 10/08/2025 I ordered for 2 pizzas, bearing the order No 198. AS the NHT CORN & CHEESE WAS ERRONEOUSLY ORDERED I CANCELLED MY ORDER. PRESUMING THAT MY ORDER NO 198 HAS BEEN CANCELLED, I ORDERED FOR ITEMS OF MY LIKE. THE FRESH ORDER NO. 219. AT ABOUT 9.30 P. M. THE ORDER NO 198 WAS DELIVERED TO ME. PRESUMING THAT THE DELIVERY IS OF ORDER BOOKED LATER I. E. ORDER NO 219 I PAID RS. 392 AND ACCEPTED THE DELIVERY. ON OPENING THE PACKETS IT REVEALED THAT THE PIZZAS WERE THOSE OF CANCELLED ORDER. THEREAFTER AT ABOUT 9.55 P. M THE ORDER NO 219 WAS DELIVERED, FOR WHICH I PAID RS. 407/-. THE PIZZAS SUPPLIED FO BOTH THE ORDERS WERE NOT AS PER USUAL TASTE OF DOMINOS, DID NOT TASTE LIKE FRESHLY BAKED. MOREEVER BOTH THE DELIVERIES TOOK MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO CREDIT RS. 600/- (300+300) TO MY WALLET IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM ME ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE ALSO ADD MY NAME IN MY ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH...

The quality they serve is just so cheap than other dominos .............. Order many times from this restaurant so posting this review ........do not order online from this restaurant instead go for other pizza shop like pizza hut n all.... Because the pizza they sends are either cold pizza or messy ........ Also they don't provide any single delivery within time also dont give u the refund for their 30 min delivery .......... they also Don't attend your calls as they says there is rush for 24*7 as they gives reasons alot the time u order ......... Dominos should look forward to it because this Frenchie of urs is in a good location and not even maintaining dominos standard .......... I thing the owner of dominos and also the owner of this Frenchie doesn't care ........ Look forward to it otherwise the reviews are...

Ordered on the app for home delivery. Umesh the delivery man was very rude and arguing on the address shown on his app. He told me to come down to collect the order. When I told him I have sprained my leg and can't come. He comes up and starts manhandling the lift.

On asking why he told me to come down - he states I have mentioned a wrong address, when I showed the address saved on my app, he says thats not the address shown on my device. Absolutely ill mannered delivery boy. Domino's has to look into this. Its absolutely not acceptable. And mind you, my apartment is on the main road. And not the lane he was upset that he couldn't go to. No complaints about the pizza. It just got warm while this man kept arguing about...
