Recently visited upsouth for lunch, they have an ample space for parking and the ambience gives a feeling that we are in some state of southindia. Thatte ghee Podi idly: The idly was so soft topped with ample amount of ghee and Podi masala served with sambar, coconut, & tomato chutney which was so tasty😋

Ghee Podi masala Dosa: This dosa is a must try it was crispy with lots Podi masala and topped with ghee goes well with chutneys and sambar

Ghee tomato & onion uttapam: Both the uttapam was so soft and tasty uttapam lovers must try this serves great with both the chutneys and sambar

All the dosas were so crispy and tasty even the potato filling was yum serves best with both the chutneys and sambar

Ghee Andra Podi idly: The mini Podi idly was fabulous the Podi masala tasted so good tastes great with sambar and both the chutneys

Ghee mini idly: These were so soft bite sized idlis topped with lots of ghee goes very well with both the chutneys and sambar

Malabari parota sandwich: The parota sandwich was good it was a new to me and if you are a sandwich lover then you must try this

Cold coffee with ice cream: This one is a filter cold coffee tastes good must try on a sunny day

Kesari bath: This is a must try sweet dish not so sweet and tastes so good which melts in mouth.

We went there and tried a couple of items from the menu but our overall experience was quite underwhelming.

Pros: Food is fairly priced in most cases They have seating area and a wash basin If they can't deliver all the food items in your order within 14 mins they give you a free coffee Dosa was quite good Chutneys are good You can get extra chutney, sambar etc. free of charge

Cons: No parking area for 4 wheelers apart from open road where you park at your own risk Limited parking area for 2 wheelers Service is slow Servers have unnecessary attitude. For example, I asked for some extra chutney and when the server was so late to bring it that we had almost finished our food, I went to the counter and iterated my request to the server only to be met with an eye roll along with a rude and snappy reply from him saying - "I said I will get it right?" Sambar is not so good Idli was quite grainy and weird They offer free coffee if they take more than 14 mins to serve your order however, while I was there 2 more people apart from myself went to the counter to enquire about this as the service was slow. And we all were denied the free coffee sighting some reason or the other for the delay. I saw several people go to the counter and fetch extra chutney, sambar etc. themselves as the servers are slow.
