Vey Bad Experience they don't understand what you are saying and the staff is also ridiculous.

i had ordered from Zomato "Sadi Bundi and they delivered "Saled Bundi" and the same I conveyed to Outlet and the person who was on a call saying that we cant do anything in that it is not our fault and we cant help you anymore you talk to zomato, this foolish Peoples dont understand the difference between sadi bundi & salted bundi but very good in arguments.

Worst Experience i ever had, really Foolish Staff and dont really understand the difference of basic things.

Spent 142 rupees for the packet of ₹70 and what I got " Dissatisfaction, Disappointment, and the rude behavior of staff while speaking on the phone.

Yesterday, visited their outlet at Shaniwar Peth, near Ramanbaug School, Pune. They serve variety of Bhel food items.

Tried पाणी- पुरी (masala pani made in Bisleri water) - 25 रू., ओली भेळ - 50 रू., कच्छी दाबेली - 25 रू., मुंबई शेव पुरी - 50 रू. and all these items taste was quite good.

The place was well maintained and clean, and saw the food was being prepared with utmost...

Pathetic! 😡 Useless staff and don't even bother to listen to the order and afterwards delayed the order by 20 mins. They forgot that someone actually paid for the order and sat in their premises. Just for one spiral potato they almost took my half hour. Don't visit this place at all. shameful! I hope some responsible person reads this and...
