The Deccan Royaale — Hotel in Pune

Very poor. Not at all worth for the money this hotel is charging. Charging 3000. Is not at all worth. No water in room. Unclean towel. Small room. Rude reception way of talking. Charging very high for small small room service. 1500 for 2 hour early checkin. Unclean washroom. Mygod the shower top was not cleaned from years.

Never suggest or visit this one again at 3000 price. And no breakfast included. Breakfast extra charge. Breakfast time is only 8.30 to 10. I seen almost 3 person fligting for breakfast time.

Telephone not working in room. You need to come down for water and after 20 minutes water is given.

Last customers disbin is also not cleaned. No proper light in...

Would hav scored in minus...it was a pathetic experience. We booked 2 rooms of which phones weren't working ..bedsheets n cusion covers dirty n covered with hairs as if it was never changed after the previous occupants checked out the room ....the worst of all the quilts in both the rooms had blood stains on the quilts of both the rooms....after requesting multiple times to change as we had a 9 month old baby with us ...they agreed bt the service staff was nt ready to change the quilt ..stating its clean which wasnt.. it was a nightmare staying at this hotel ...wil definitely not recommend staying at this...

Hotel Ambience and Hotel Rooms are good but tje Service and Policies should be differ as per person to person. If a family member is staying in hotel then another family member is not allowed is what kind of policy is this ? We have staying in many hotel but every where if the customer is alllowed then hotel staff should be allow to go. Here every one is directly stoped the lerson and ask dont go .. if want to go to meet then pay sme Amount and then go. It meance for meet to any our family member or any office colouge you have to pay in hotel desk then they allow th meet.
