Haldiram's Express — Restaurant in Pune

Had got samosas this evening from here (17.09.2020). They were pathetic in taste, tasted as if the samosa was a few days old. The potato was dry and has some foul smell. Also they were really small in size for the pricing ₹20 each. However thought of the brand name and purchased it irrespective of the price. Got home and offered it to the guests and realised how pathetic the samosas were.

I doubt the quality and freshness of other stuff which is available here. Seems really pathetic. It was a total embarrassment for me this evening as I had guests over.

I hope they don’t fall sick. I will never visit this pathetic place again. Giving out franchises and not controlling quality and freshness of the product will ruin Haldiram's brand name.

Big fan of Haldiram's sweets and namkeen, but the staff here is simply pathetic. Till today, I almost visited there once in 2 weeks for sweets, but it was my last visit today. Each time the staff tried getting cash or UPI payment on their personal QR code. Many times declined giving printed bill saying the machine is not working. Not expected from Haldiram. Ordered samosa from here and asked the counter person that it is not a take away, still she served it in paper packet. Atleast the person who are eating at the location should be served in a atleast small paper plate. Second thing, it was absolutely cold.
