Highland This beautiful rooftoop restaurant is loacted in baner. I visited this place in a awesome weather with warm evening and mild breeze feel. This place has a lit ambience and is so vibrant at the top that you will love visiting this place. A perfect rooftop place to visit at night and hangout with your buddies. Also with the quality of ambience it also serves good quality of food. The staff is also friendly and good. Totally awesome place to chill. So here is the menu which I had here and enjoyed having it

Started with drinks

Craft Beers: Hefeweisen Apple Cider 3.Macha Veere

All the beers had a good taste and I really enjoyed having them.

Apple Jack : This cocktails contained small amount of alcohol. It is similar to a apple drink and had a different taste.

Guava Mary : It was a beautiful garnished guava drink. tasted good as I have tasted this drink before it had a good taste.

Irish Trash Can : The red bull can trashed upside down in a glass and beautifully mixed with little alocohol made it a perfect cocktail to have. Though I don't love red bull but this drink made my decision to change.

The Joker : It is drink which contains a vodka base mixed with other drinks like mango , lichi and dragon fruit. Really beautiful taste.

Fruit Punch : Had a sweet and mix fruit taste. Those who love mocktails this is really good for them.

Pina Colada : It is basically made of icy, creamy and cocunut flavour drink which is so soothy in taste.

Devil's LIIT : This was my favourite one. A large pipe shaped glass in which this drink was served was so attractive and eye catchy.

Now starting with the starters

1)Chicken Chilly : It is served as an appetizer which we can have with our drinks to have a perfect combination.

2)Paneer chilly: Though I love paneer this was little more spicy than I expected but had a good taste.

3)Mushroom Pepper Fry : Tasted Purely Like Mushroom and little spicy taste made it more delicious.

4)Devil Style BBQ Chicken: This tasted purely chicken with fried bbq.

5)Paneer E Bahar : Properly fried paneer which was soft and little spicy in taste.

6)Tandoori Mushroom Kebab: This was so good at taste. The mushroom contained cheese inside it which made it more tasty and sweet.

Now the Main Course

1)HighLand Special Noodles : The noodle were served with a fried egg on top. It had a great taste when we eat the noodles with the fried egg.

2)Paneer Laziz : Sweet in taste.

3)Butter Chicken : This was also sweet and the chicken piece were properly cooked.

And atlast Desserts are mandatory

1)Blueberry Panacotta : The Dessert which I liked and loved the most of all. It was so soft and had a very soothing taste.

2)Newyork Baked Cheesecake : Cake with cheese is a good combination I got to know after tasting this cake.

3)Carrot Cake : The Gajar halwa fried and ice cream poured from top made it look like sizzling brownie. It had a pure carrot taste and it tasted good with ice cream.

4)Gulab Jamun: So soft and amazing taste.

Highland is a gem amongst the many bars crowding the Baner region.

AMBIENCE (4/5): As soon as you enter, you are transported into this dazzling place full of ebullience,elation and enthusiasm. The rooftop bar and resto is spread over a large area with ample seating space. The bar counter is the centre space bifurcating the area into two. Sofa sets give a cozy seating experience and the warm, dim lights accentuate the overall decor and give it a classy, exuberant feel. They also have a photo booth to help you capture the good times you spent here and take home some awesome memories.

FOOD(4/5): The food is great and I especially loved the beautifully presented mocktails.

PANEER CHILLY: Tossed in hot chilly sauce and served hot with a side of veggies, this was an appetizing dish. The tender paneer cubes were fresh, juicy and gave a zing on the palate due to the spices.

MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY: These fresh button mushrooms tossed in a pepper sauce, tasted very similar to that of paneer chilly.Nevertheless the taste was great and they are a good choice to have with your drinks.

JALAPEÑO POPPERS: I did not like these poppers. The poppers felt lacking in taste and had no flavour of jalapeños. The cheese felt sparing too. Needs improvement.

LOADED NACHOS: This bar bites dish is so common, one rarely expects anything great. But the ones i had here were an absolute bomb. The nachos, justifying their name, were heavily loaded with cheese, baked beans,salsa, finely chopped jalapeños and peppers, fresh veggies and tasted dope. Totally loved the crunchy nachos with a great taste. The go to bar bites you shouldn't miss.

MAINS: The paneer curry was phenomenal with an excellent consistency and droolworthy aroma. It had a great balance of the different spices and the tender paneer cubes were fresh and soft. It was a delight to savour with the hot breads.

Loved the biryani here. The alternately laid layers of perfectly cooked long grain rice and veggies simmered in a bed of exotic spices marinated perfectly felt like heaven in the mouth. The biryani had amazing flavors, was high on spices and good on palate.The quantity served was enough too.

I loved the different mocktails I tried here. Totally in love with the Berry Blast, a refreshing drink of crushed berry pulp and juices. Loved the fresh lime jaljeera, something to order if you're looking to get respite from the heat. The Pina Colada could've more flavors though, it felt a bit unbalanced in taste and pineapple flavour felt lacking.Guava Mary was another great drink if you are up to try something different with a hint of chilly.

SERVICE (4/5): The service is great with attentive and polite staff. We got our orders served in a short time which was a good thing.

VALUE FOR MONEY(4/5): This place is total value for money to enjoy some drinks and hang out on a Friday evening. The food is awesome, the ambience is lit and you can enjoy a view of the city. Enjoyed...

Recently visited this place in Baner, it’s a beautiful rooftop restaurant which serves delicious food and innovative cocktails.

Drinks - We ordered 3-4 beer out of which the APPLE CIDER and MACHA were really good and smooth to taste. Cocktails were so innovative and yummy and the presentation was amazing. My personal favourite was IRISH TRASH, which is a drink with mixed spirits and topped with inverted red bull can with looks lit. Another which I loved was the DEVILS LIIT. This is a beautiful red color drink made of 5 spirits in a very tall container. Here I tried a new drink whi was called APPLE JACK. This was whiskey based drink mixed with apple juice and added cinnamon stick to with which gave it a different twist. Coming to mocktails, we ordered GUAVA MARRY which is a guava based drink spiced with salt and chilly which added a mouth watering flavour. PINACOLADA was my favourite and was so refreshing. We ordered more two drinks called FRUIT PUNCH and BLUE FISH COLADA which were not at all disappointing and is a must try.

Starters- We started with PANEER CHILLY and MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY. Both were so tasty and the spices added were just on point. The TANDOORI MUSHROOM KEBAB was so far the best thing I had at HIGHLAND. PANEER E BAHAR was another starter we order. Let the mention the paneer was so soft and perfectly marinated and all the spices had this satisfying aroma which was bliss.

Mains- Though we were almost full eating these lip smacking starters we were very excited for the main course. For main course we ordered PANEER LAZIZI which was a bit on sweeter side. The paneer was nicely cooked and was soft. The gravy had a real nice creamy texture and tastes delicious. To accompany this we ordered roti. GARLIC NAAN and LACCHA PARATHA was my favourite. Other dish was VEG LO MEIN NOODLES which was topped with these chilly flakes that totally complimented the dish.

Desserts- Coming to my favourite part, DESSERTS. We ordered four desserts and every dessert was to die for. Most delicious of all was the BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating. The blueberry sauce was just yummy. NEWYORK BAKES CHHESE CAKE was no less and I was drooling for it. It had this amazing texted and baked to perfection. Third one was PANNACOTA, this was a simple one but trust me everyone would love it. The last one was GULABJAMUN which every person would love.
