This place, The Tenth Floor, baner is the new answer to all the above.

Had the wonderful opportunity to visit this place a few days back. The place is every sense is LIIT.

We had the specially curated cocktail drinks along with our usual beer and wine. The drinks were - Jantar Mantar - a spiced guava based cocktail, must try and NewYork Sour - a whiskey based drink, which elevates the whole drinks palate.

The place dishes up some mean and tasty starters. The starters we had were

Crispy Lotus Root (perfect drink accompaniment)

Chilli Milli Mushroom (lovely taste)

Malai Paneer (very well made)

Maggi Arancini (personally, I hate Maggi. But this was mind blowing. We had a repeat order for this).

Gazab Malai Broccoli (Ghajab kaa swaad)

Tangra Style Chiily Chicken (The way it was cooked and it's marination, just perfect)

Old Monk Chicken Lolipop (Totally blown over by the way the rum was masterly infused in the chicken)

Udta Punjab (This was nice. Garlic flavoured chicken served with garlic naan)

Amritsari fish n chips (Betki fish never tasted this good. Just lovely)

Chilli Paneer/Chicken Pizza (perfect thin crust pizzas)

No Cheese Pizza (A Pizza without cheese is unimaginable, but this is a must try).

Mutton Galouti Slider (The star of the starters. Loved those red coloured buns)

Soya Chaap Wrap (soya chaap was extremely well prepared)

Koliwada Chicken Wrap (perfectly marinated chicken strips, wrapped to impeccable taste)

Our main course was Burmese Khao Suey. The rice noodles and the coconut milk based gravy were truly classic. Best khao suey I would have had.

The last course was desserts. And we were in for a treat, in every sense. We had

Too Much Chocolate (chocolate can't be too much, yes, but here as the name says, the dessert was. Best chocolate based dessert)

Phirni Brule (Humble yet tasty phirni served with a bruleed sugar. Just wow)

LIIT (this desert was a mix of fruits and chocolate sauce but totally brilliant combination)

The place though new, is run by seasoned hospitality professionals. I wonderful experience. Must visit place in this...

We visited the place on Saturday, 2nd March, 2024. Here are my two cents about TTF

Ambience: ambience is great...especially during summer days it provides a great place to chill with friends. Music is a bit loud.

Sitting arrangements are find and comfortable. 4 star

Drinks: Drinks are a bit over priced and we found them not worth the money. Everyone was ordering LIIT or TTF's versions of LIITs, but none of the LIITs were strong. I felt like I could have had a couple more after finishing my first, but realized that 1 was enough already. Not worth the price tag.

If you are fan of draught beer, TTF is NOT the place for you. They did not have a single draught beer. It was a turn off especially with the onset of summer. In Pint also, they did not have one of the best beers in the world - Budweiser.

So overall drinks I would rate 1 star. This is also because they have a huge menu of drinks and the presentation.

Food: Food quality was good and tasty. Some items are crazily priced. Reminded me of samosas in PVR and all, and mind you I thought those samosas were cheaper.

Food 3 star

Service: Service was prompt. Everything was delivered quickly.

Billing: Here is the biggest issue I have with TTF. They use state of the art scan QR for menu system. The orders are taken on a nice tablet and directly sent to the kitchen. Kudos to digital India! But, after spending close to 6k, we were NOT given a hard copy of the final bill. We did not even get a soft copy of the bill. I waited for the soft copy of the bill the whole weekend.

So here are the questions I have for TTF:

Most of the restaurants / cafes have policy - if you don't receive bill, then the food and drinks are on us. And I am talking about cafe's where you don't even get 50 items, but they have ethics to provide customer with the bill.

So am I going to get refund for my payment?

Why was no bill given? Is it because the GST rates are changed by TTF and TTF does not want customer to know about it. Is it a scam? Please enlighten us.

So overall, I do not recommend TTF to any enlightened...

I have visited this place on 20th Nov 2021, I was unsatisfied and left with an unhappy experience... Reason for this is SERVICE, I WOULD REQUEST HOTEL MANAGEMENT that if you can't handle crowd or you are short staffed then close one sitting area but do not upset guest with pathetic service. We got our table and we ordered Nachos and Dabha per plate( Dal Makhani ,Rice and Laccha Partha... after that we waited for 20mins then I asked the steward how much time does it take for serving the order... So I thought I would come in another 5 mins.... but the wait lasted for another 25mins the when I asked the same steward he said it was our mistake and we missed the order... I was so irritated by this time that I didn't enjoy the food at all... My kid was hungry and he had to wait so long for just nachos. And after that they brought one more order to the table which was not mine someone else's order... another 15mins to bring Dal makhani and rice... we asked to serve lemon and onion but that request was not served. I asked for bowl and lemon for second time and I got it after 15 mins... At the end I asked for bill and nobody gave it to me upto 15mins... I walked myself to payment counter and asked for the bill.. and surprise surprise they didn't have my items on the billing system... I really don't want to comment on food and taste since my whole evening was spoilt. Hotel is service based industry and you can't serve your customer better then you at brink of your fall.. It was not just me other guy also walked upto to the billing counter to ask if he needs to get the beer and starter from someone he too waited for 25mins and got irritated and walked to the payment counter... If you really care to have your business grow please improve your service and also please clean your damn smelly and dirty toilets... I also didn't like the attitude of the steward who was leading the team... He was bit arrogant at the start but when he understood that waiters goofed up he changed his tone... I gave 2 stars since they accepted there mistake and gave me up front...
