Read moreReview - Ya Basa is a Punjabi Dhaba located in Baner. The food here is really tasty and it is also not too heavy on the pocket. The ambiance here is really nice and it makes you feel as if you are sitting in an actual dhaba somewhere in North India. The walls have some hilarious quotes that will definitely make you forget about counting the calories when eating here. They used to offer alcoholic drinks earlier, however, now alcohol is no longer served here. I would definitely recommend you to try this place once. The servers here are very polite and give amazing suggestions.
Food - For starters we had Paneer 65 and Paneer Tikka, both were great with Paneer 65 being a little spicy but tasty. The masala papad was also nice. For the main course, we ordered veg Bhuna and Paneer Punjabi. Both of them were really tasty and definitely worth trying once. For roti, if you are a group of 6-8 people, it is best to order the Roti Basket, it contains plain roti, butter roti, butter naan, cheese garlic naan, missi roti as well as laccha paratha. You can try all of them and order more as per your liking. I would only suggest this (Roti basket) for a group of minimum 6 people. The jeera rice and dal were also really nice and authentic Punjabi taste.
Negatives - The only reason for cutting 1 star in the review was, that when we reached the place, we were told that there was a 1+1 offer on their mocktails, however at the time of paying the bill, we were told that the offer was no longer applicable. That was the only negative experience.
However, the place has a 25% offer on the Dineout app so that definitely is an added plus.
And the three mocktails that we ordered, Guava merry, Mango blossom, and Strawberry Fizz, all three of them were so amazing that we did not mind paying for all of them at all.
Overall, the place is really amazing and you can definitely visit here for a nice lunch,...
