The Owners daughter.......too much attitude

Last night i was at Mahabaleshwar hotel to celebrate my wife's Birthday with our 5 year old kid.......

We tried to sit in Garden but due to extreme cold and we were with out kid When we entered in the family area , there was already someone having there dinner, it was a Young Girl with a small Kid.....

Me and my wife decided to have a Corner seat, 3 row away from this girl who was already there....

We started ordering with the hotel Staff.... staff was decent and polite...

While ordering I got a important Call ,which I had to attend i started my call In a vary low voice which only my wife could here..... after fee minutes one of the hotel staff comes to our table and ask us to lower our voice as the other Lady in family areas was getting disturbed.......

I dint notice but my wife and kid was bit uncomfortable and went quite as the Hotel staff told them To keep quite, actually they was not even talking, it was me over the call.....

Latter I asked my wife what is the matter why are you both quite....

Than my wife told me that the other lady is getting disturbed by our voice which was nothing, we were so quite , it was just my call which was very low only my wife could here ,,,,,,

Thank i tried to talk to the manager the manager told me that we should not even speak in the area..... I asked and why is that ,,,,,, he again told me the other lady in the room is getting disturbed .....

But We were so quite that no one could be disturbed with our voice or activity......

Than the manager told us we should be quitely having our dinner .......i refused to that and tried to enquire about the owner.....

Than the lady in the room spoke ...... excuse me do u have any problem she said,......

I replied Sorry mam I am talking the staff it has nothing to do with you........

Than she replied you said you want to talk to the owner..... I Am The Owner.....

Than i got the picture right....

She dint wanted anyone to disturb her in the family area that is the reason she was trying to make us uncomfortable by asking us to be quite......

Now this young lady had so much of attitude that she was telling her staff not to let us sit that and ask us to sit our in the garden area...... for which we refused....

She was in so much attitude she started telling staff that she don't want us to sit in the Family area......

She was trying to speak english but she failed to construct her sentence well...... i am sure she was high and not in her senses ..... and was trying to show her power and arrogance....

We dint wanted to spoil our mood and our birthday celebrations we decided to leave without any hassles......

Now the questions

1. Whom should we complain ????? The owners daughter had so much of Bad attitude??????
2. If we had to complain to her dad (owner of hotel) will he listen to us or his daughter ....

Really a bad experience

Terrible Staff Behaviour.

It was one of the worst experience we’ve ever had. Customer service is not a priority here. The waiter and manager were extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns or resolving issues, he seemed more interested in arguing and dismissing complaints.

The waitstaff was slow, inattentive, and lacking basic manners. They couldn’t handle even the simplest requests, and their behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Every interaction felt like we were an inconvenience to them rather than valued customers.

Service was extremely slow, and it felt like nobody cared about the customers’ experience. It’s clear that the staff here lacks proper training and respect for their guests.

I would suggest to search for better options where you’ll actually be treated with respect and get your money’s worth. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money here to get disrespected by...
