During my recent visit , I encountered an experience that left much to be desired. While the food quality was passable, the overall atmosphere and cleanliness were a major letdown, making the dining experience extremely unpleasant.

Food Quality The one redeeming factor was the food, which was reasonably okay. The dishes were flavorful enough to satisfy basic expectations, but they lacked any standout qualities. The menu has a decent variety. Portions were fair, and the taste was adequate, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, even this positive aspect was overshadowed by the conditions of the dining area and service.

Hygiene and Cleanliness The hygiene standards in this hotel were appalling. The dining area appeared unkempt, with visible dirt and dust on tables and chairs. Floors were sticky, suggesting that they had not been cleaned thoroughly for a while. The utensils provided were another major issue; many were visibly stained, poorly cleaned, and sometimes even had food remnants on them. It was unsettling to use them, and it left me questioning the hygiene practices in the kitchen.

Atmosphere The atmosphere was chaotic and extremely uninviting. The noise levels were unbearable, There was no attempt to create a pleasant ambiance

Adding to the dismay, the air inside felt stale, likely due to inadequate ventilation. This made the environment even more oppressive.

Service The service was also substandard. Staff seemed disinterested and overwhelmed, with little regard for customer comfort or satisfaction.

While the food might be tolerable for some, the poor hygiene, loud and unpleasant atmosphere, and lack of cleanliness make it a place I cannot recommend. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this hotel fell far short of that expectation. I would advise management to prioritize cleanliness, hygiene, and creating a more welcoming environment for their guests. Until these issues are addressed, it is best to look elsewhere for a meal.

Good place for average people. If you want to treat someone heavy and hot, this is the right place... Food quality is good. You may need to check the standard of your stomach because 'addings' are there such as colour, flavours etc... Air-conditioning upper room is there but some times it's not on. Late snacking is not good for families because some times drunkards make it their place for their last 'touchings'. And they make all problems there. And it's not safe for bachelor girls who wish to snack there late night, better they choose phoenix market city. 6:00 to 9:00 pm is a good time here for anyone. Swiggy food panda deliverable...

I would like to share one feedback which will be more improved!the order taken is not trained!after reapeated the order send the wrong food and wrong bill and same after informing to them the cashier behaving wrong.which is really upsetting,be a regular costumer they don’t care regarding their guest satisfaction,so before order any food, in phone call my preference please recorded and then informing the order,which will be helpfull for all customers otherwise after sending the wrong food the order taker will denied and which will more upsetting...
